Clear terms. Considered use.

Tradexers is an independently developed research workspace built by Piratechs. It organizes public market information and records you choose to maintain. Content is general information, not personalized investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Tradexers does not act as your broker, investment adviser or custodian.

You are responsible for evaluating information, verifying sources and deciding whether an action is appropriate. Prices, examples, research methods and paper-trading results do not promise a particular outcome. Financial transactions can result in losses.

You may browse supported public pages without an account. Use your own authorized account for private features, keep sign-in and provider credentials secure and follow the eligibility requirements and terms of any connected provider. Do not impersonate another person, misuse credentials, attempt to access another account or bypass access controls.

An account role, a published plan and a paid entitlement are different things. Administrative tools require their own authorization. Do not send credentials or payment-card information through Contact; report access or security concerns to info@piratechs.com.

Quotes, chart history, feeds and provider account information can be delayed, stale, incomplete or unavailable. Source labels and timestamps help describe what is available; they are not a guarantee of accuracy or continuous service. Verify important information with original providers and primary sources.

Guides and product explanations are distinct from linked third-party reporting, videos and discussions. Those authors retain responsibility for their own content. Links do not imply endorsement, investment advice or a promise that the external service will remain available.

Optional connections require a configured private bridge and a supported provider account. New Alpaca orders require current application permission, provider trading permission, review and explicit submission; live orders also require live-money confirmation. Browsing, saving a watchlist or opening an order ticket does not submit an order.

Trading bots currently connect to Alpaca Paper. A bot's selected automatic or review mode determines how supported paper orders are handled. Paper execution is simulated; it does not establish live performance. Read strategy settings, quantities, order limits and provider responses before acting.

A timeout or failed response may leave an order's outcome uncertain. Recover the existing client order identifier and check the provider before creating another order. Requests to cancel may remain pending or an order may fill first. Account and provider controls remain applicable even when a subscription is active.

Guest records and local credentials depend on browser/device storage. Signed-in lists, preferences, manual holdings and supported private records use account-scoped services. Guest records move into a cloud workspace only through an explicit supported import.

Clearing a browser, signing out, disconnecting a provider or clearing display fields affects different records. None of those actions by itself closes an external account or cancels billing. Keep information you need and review the Privacy Policy for the distinction between device, account, bridge and provider storage.

When web billing and a published offer are configured, the website can create a Stripe-hosted subscription checkout for that offer. Review the current price, currency, renewal interval, supported features and final total before confirming payment. A saved plan review or checkout draft does not purchase a subscription.

Subscriptions renew monthly at the displayed offer unless canceled. Where configured, billing management in Profile provides payment details and scheduled cancellation at the current period end. Confirmed paid access continues through its verified period, subject to account restrictions and feature/provider availability. Plan switching is not enabled in the current billing portal.

Paid access requires server-confirmed payment and subscription state. Redirects, local preferences and public catalog edits do not grant it. Native app purchases and billing changes are unavailable. Feature settings, supported plan tiers, technical limits, private bridge setup and provider permissions all affect availability. Historical API, Robinhood live trading, Schwab trading and ad removal are not connected. Domain and prediction pages are research overviews, without live listings, prediction orders or settlement.

Tradexers does not currently serve advertisements. Ad removal is not an operational paid benefit.

Use the workspace and its read-only API within their stated authentication, resource and request limits. Do not use the service to distribute unlawful material, interfere with availability or obtain information you are not authorized to access.

Source articles, videos, logos and other third-party material retain their owners' rights. Follow original links for full content and observe the applicable licenses and provider terms; a reference in Tradexers is not permission to republish an entire work.

Features and integrations can change or become unavailable. These terms do not provide a market-data, trading-execution or uptime guarantee. Any separate provider agreement and rights required by applicable law continue to apply.

The update date identifies this version. Review material changes before continuing to use an affected feature. Contact info@piratechs.com about these terms, a content correction, account access or a billing question; do not use Contact to submit a brokerage order or time-sensitive cancellation instruction.
